* What's the composition of softener flakes?

- Softener flakes is mainly composed of fatty amide derivative and multiple combination of chemicals.

Features:

1. Low yellowing, EC-TF02 cationic softener flakes can be used for fabric which has strict requirement on color and luster.

2. Provide with soft and smooth hand feel.

3. Suitable for all kinds of dyeing and finishing crafts in textile industry.

4. Suitable for softening treatment of cotton, linen, yarn and their blended fabric.

Dissolve Method:

--Cool water dissolve: Add EC-TF02 cationic softener flakes into water around 30℃ by proportion of 5%-8%, stir slowly for 3-5 minutes to disperse. Let it stand for 1-2 hours. Stir it again slowly to even solution once the flakes completely dissolved.

--Hot water dissolve: Add EC-TF02 cationic softener flakes into room temperature water by proportion of 6%-10%, stir and heat to 50℃-60℃ until softener flakes completely dissolved. Apply it become even solution and cool down.
