4. EC-TF10 nonionic softener flakes  is mainly used for bleaching, soften treatment of yarn and fabric with strict requirement of shade and whiteness. 

Dissolve Method:

--Hot water dissolve: Add EC-TF10 nonionic softener flakes into room temperature water by proportion of 5%-8%, stir and heat to 70℃-80℃ until softener flakes completely dissolved and become even solution.
